When you purchase Flooring America products from Beams Flooring America, we donate 3.5% of all material profits to one of three charities that are making a difference in the Magic Valley of your choice. When you choose the Jae Foundation as your charity, those monies will go directly to them. Our Staff also works alongside them in volunteering our time and resources to support the Jae Foundation.
The Jae Foundation raises awareness for mental health and suicide prevention in the Magic Valley. Suicide is the second-leading cause of death in the U.S. among people age 15 to 24, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness says almost 20% of high school students report serious thoughts of suicide and 9% have made an attempt to take their lives. The Magic Valley has been rocked with suicides, including recently the third suicide completed by a student in the Magic Valley in recent months.
